Job Description:
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in lead generation or appointment setting
- Experience with high-volume prospecting and appointment setting
- Familiarity with generating leads from the US and European regions
- Previous experience in the IT Services industry, particularly within mid-sized IT firms, sourcing mid to large-scale IT-related projects
- Strong expertise in lead generation for key services, including Web & Mobile App Development, Testing, AI, IoT, DevOps, and RPA
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
- A proven track record of meeting sales lead generation and appointment-setting targets
- Need to work from the office (Gurgaon) at least twice a week, hence candidates from Delhi NCR preferred
- Daily tracking of prospects, identifying decision-makers, industries, and companies, and reaching out with a personalized pitch
- Keep the customer database, tracker, and CRM updated regularly with timely information and customer needs
