a. I authorize Think Future Technologies Private Limited (“TFT”, “we”, “us”, “our”) to collect and process the personal data I submit through this form, including my name, email address, phone number, company name, message, and any resume or attachment I upload. TFT will use this data only to respond to my job application, service enquiry, or general query.
b. I authorize TFT to contact me by email, phone, or SMS/WhatsApp (where I have provided a number) solely to respond to my request. Any promotional or marketing communication will be sent only after my separate, explicit consent, and will include a clear opt-out.
c. I understand that TFT may share my data with its service providers, such as website hosting, email, CRM, and recruitment tools, solely to operate the website and handle my request. My data will not be sold or used for any other purpose.
d. I understand that my data may be stored or accessed in countries outside India. Where required by law, such transfers will be subject to appropriate safeguards.
e. I confirm that the information I provide is true, accurate, and current.
f. I understand that TFT will retain my data only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, or as required by law, and will then securely delete it. Job application data may be retained for [12] months for future opportunities, unless I ask for earlier deletion.
g. I may withdraw my consent at any time by writing to info@tftus.com. Withdrawal will not affect processing already carried out, and may affect TFT’s ability to respond to my request.
MY RIGHTS
As a data principal / data subject, I have the right to access, correct, erase, and port my personal data, to withdraw consent, to restrict or object to processing, to nominate another person to exercise my rights, and to raise a grievance, subject to applicable law.
To exercise these rights, I may write to TFT’s Grievance Officer / Data Protection Contact at info@tftus.com. TFT will acknowledge my request within [24–48 hours] and endeavour to resolve it within 30-60 days. If I am not satisfied, I may escalate to the Data Protection Board of India, the relevant EU/EEA Data Protection Authority, or, if I am in the United States, my state Attorney General or state privacy regulator (such as the California Privacy Protection Agency), as applicable under the DPDP Act, 2023, the GDPR, or applicable US state privacy laws.
